To co-incide with the Royal Wedding of Kate and William, Historic Royal Palaces exhibited previous Royal Wedding Dresses in Princess Margaret’s drawing room at Kensington Palace.

LAMBCO, working in conjunction with Entec Sound and Light, used ETC Selador fixtures to light the dresses. The lighting had to be flexible enough to stay within Lux parameters on the fabrics as specified by the Royal Conservatoire team, while bringing out the colour of the material’s flex. Any light that emitted heat would not be acceptable within the room for these priceless exhibits. Additionally the power available was limited.

Over a period of some 2 weeks, the exhibition was viewed, photographed and filmed by all the major countries and TV companies throughout the World.
